Other Information : BALLYNAHINCH SECOND PRESBYTERIAN GRAVEYARD This is in Dromore Street in the Townland of Ballymaglave North and is also known as Edengrove, the congregation separted from first Ballynahinch in 1774, alarmed by the number of liberal and wordly ministers appointed to the area, they formed a secession church in union with Lissara both of which separated in 1793 and Secound Ballynahinch had a separate site in Ballynahinch, there was a further sub-divison in 1829 when part of the congregation left to form Third Ballynahinch in Alfred Street (now closed), the remainder later moved and built a new church on which is inscribed "Secound Presbyterian Church, built 1841", the baptismal register dates from 1829 and the marriage register from 1820, there are only three stones in the graveyard prior to 1865, the oldest of which dates from 1842, the graveyard is in a very good order.
